Morgan Eslinger Bergen Counseling Center

Morgan Eslinger, MA, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a masters degree in clinical counseling and a passion to guide and support. My clinical experience includes working with individuals from a multitude of backgrounds, including diversity in age, sexuality, gender, culture, religion, and socioeconomic status. I strive to meet my clients where they are at using a culturally sensitive and trauma informed approach.

I have worked with adolescents, adults, families, and couples to strengthen relationships, increase self-awareness, manage unpleasant emotions and behaviors, and acquire tools to alleviate distress. I have additional training in body positivity, supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, crisis intervention, parenting issues, and the impacts of trauma.

My approach to therapy is integrative with infusions of strengths-based, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I aim to work with clients in exploring the impact of thought patterns on emotion and behavior while empowering them to apply strengths and skills needed for long-lasting change.
